The six-hectare estate, entirely surrounded by the unspoilt natural Sicilian countryside, offers unforgettable landscapes, and calm, relaxing moments. i Carusi is the perfect destination to continue enjoying holistic well-being, while on holiday: our country retreat provides yoga and wellness retreats. Everything here is conceived and created to respect the environment, with a careful green building design. The original structure of the boutique hotel was recovered from an old country house, part of a local almond-growing farm. The boutique hotel makes use of traditional materials, such as the soft Noto stone, the light-coloured, clay tiles, and the hard limestone of Modica, combined with contemporary features and shapes, and the most up-to-date services. The technical fittings, essential to ensure you a comfortable vacation, are designed to harmonise with the natural materials, colours and features. The pastoral scenery seduces and attracts the gaze as it falls on the green open spaces, blending with the blue of the sea in the distance.
i Carusi is also an organic farm business. Starting in Acireale, in the Catania region, and specialising in production of organic pink grapefruit, the farm moved to Noto, where the range of organic produce was expanded with the cultivation of fine olives and almonds, and a wonderful jam made of the fruits grown on the farm.

The rooms themselves have a simple, minimalist style, tastefully arranged and often decorated with items found during the rebuilding and restoration work. The bedrooms and suites have every comfort, each with a private garden for relaxing times, and panoramic windows, with breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside.
Depending on the type of room chosen at the country retreat, each can accommodate up to four or five people: all en-suite with free internet, and some also fitted with a convenient, well-equipped kitchen area. A holiday at i Carusi is ideal for a family with children, a romantic weekend for a couple, or a trip away with old friends.
