The Uccelli suite, with panoramic views from the terrace over the Sicilian landscape of Val di Noto, welcomes you in a relaxing atmosphere, emphasised by the colour choices for walls, flooring, tiles and furnishings. As you enter the suite from the private garden, you find yourself in a large living space, facing the kitchen. The wonderful Vendicari Nature Reserve, cradling i Carusi wellness retreat, is the inspiration for the theme of this suite. Birds are in fact the stars of this environment, and have inspired the furnishings. This choice came from the love of nature and their symbolic meaning: birds dominate the air, the link between land and sky. Observing their flight, alchemists believed they saw a connection and similarity with the human soul, whose purpose is to try to achieve spirituality.

Guests at the Uccelli suite in i Carusi boutique hotel will find every comfort which makes a country stay into a unique and memorable holiday experience. The private bathroom has all the fittings needed, plus hairdryer and a sample of organic products. The accommodation also has independently-controlled air-conditioning and heating. On your arrival, you will find a bottle of natural water and a small bottle of organic EVO oil, produced in our farm with olives gathered from the trees around the boutique hotel.
