Completely surrounded by the Sicilian countryside, our Fienile, Fico d’India, and Uccelli suites have separate entrances, independent heating and air-conditioning, and spacious private bathrooms.
The Ferrovia and Alchimia superior rooms are each on one floor. Each accommodation unit has its own outside space, furnished with tables and couches to enjoy the quiet and the colours of the Sicilian countryside. The Superior rooms can comfortably accommodate a family with two children, and cots available for smaller guests.

Each one of the five rooms and suites of the boutique hotel has comfortable and spacious en-suite bathrooms, with commodious shower, and hair-dryer, for complete well-being. Try the lavender soap in the shower, made with organic, zero-kilometre ingredients, and available to buy in the hotel.
The rooms, with double bed and sofa bed, also have separately adjustable heating and air-conditioning. Every room and suite of i Carusi has a bottle of natural water and a small bottle of organic EVO oil, produced in our farm with olives gathered from the trees around the boutique hotel.
