The organic restaurant at our boutique hotel is on a patio with wonderful views over the swimming pool, against a backdrop of the green hills of Val di Noto. The restaurant is a convenient, practical service for people on holiday who don’t want to cook, or simply when travelling, to enjoy the typical delicacies of the region.
Here, relaxing in the open air, you can savour our unique dishes cooked in the traditional way, using only organic, zero-kilometre products. Nestled in a setting where nature is the host, i Carusi offers lunches and dinners to promote simple well-being.

Her dishes are created using zero-kilometre products, from i Carusi’s farm business. The restaurant produces a holistic, natural cuisine, favouring the use of organic food, with no industrial processing, local, fresh produce in season, healthy seasonings, and with a special focus on fish. This is all skilfully interpreted by the chef to create tasty, delicious dishes: a triumph of odours, taste and colours, typical of our beloved Sicily, filling your plate.
