Every summer heralds the time to gather lavender, which is processed to produce essential oil and natural soap. Its perfume in the garden is intoxicating, and its unmistakable pastel colour fills the eye with wonder.
Helichrysum too is one of the star flowers in our aromatic park. We water it, gather it, and dry it so that its anti-allergenic and anti-inflammatory properties can be used for tisanes.
