At sunset, the pool area of our boutique hotel transforms into the perfect location for a romantic aperitif with views of the Sicilian countryside. On the lawn, under the olive trees or beside the pool, the magnificent view in the shimmering colours of nature at twilight, will offer you wonderfully carefree and joyful moments.
All you have to do is select your table, and leave the rest to us! After a day by the sea, or a trip to explore the wonderful baroque towns of the Val di Noto, the best way to relax is to award yourself a special i Carusi aperitif.

The aperitif at i Carusi is a small ritual, served every day from 6 pm, only to guests at the boutique hotel. You can choose from a wide range of drinks, non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails, and wine, naturally accompanied with good organic, zero-kilometre food.
We will be pleased to advise you which snacks you would most enjoy, with local specialities and appetizers, served on lava rock plates. This material is chosen to match fully with our concept of total respect for the environment.

— Tagliere Finger Food (olives, dried tomatoes, almonds, bruschette, caponata, couscous)
— Slices of Sicilian cheeses D.O.P. , accompanied by home-made conserves, fruit and pane “cunzato”
— Slices of zero-kilometre salami and cheeses.
